Our Guarantee

  • We guarantee a professional and accurate translation that will be accepted by immigration and other Federal Government offices. We stand by all of the translations performed by our professional and experienced translators carefully selected to match the subject matter and content of your project.

  • We offer to our clients to review the translations before we issue a final copy and get it certified. If you are not completely satisfied with a completed translation, we will fix it, free of charge, until it meets your full satisfaction. If there are any issues or questions with one of our translations, we will work with you until you are completely satisfied with the quality and accuracy of your translations.

  • Within 30 days after you receive the translation, if you decide that you want additional changes to a translation you have already approved and the change is not the result of a mistake we made, we will make the changes free of charge, but you will pay for shipping for extra certified copies.

  • If more than 30 days pass from the time you received your translation, we will assume that you are completely satisfied with it. If you then need changes, we invite you to order additional copies from our website. Please include in your order what changes you would like to make.

  • Since we have started our business in 2003, our certified translations have never been rejected by immigration (USCIS). In the unlikely event that USCIS (immigration) rejects our translation, email us a copy of the rejection letter and we will immediately take appropriate action to ensure that they will accept the translation. We will do this completely free of charge. If they still do not accept the translation we will give you a 100% full refund.

  • If the organization who requests your translation has special requirements, you must check with them first if they will accept a translation performed and certified in the State of California. We can provide you with a sample of VIALAN’s Certificate of Translation so you can confirm it with your counselor. If we cannot meet their special requirements, we will not accept the order and will refund your payment. Some organizations including State Departments of Motor Vehicles have lists of translators in their individual jurisdictions from which you must choose to have your translation done. Please check first with the office for which you need a translation to ensure that they will accept a translation that is notarized in California. If you do not check first, and the organization or DMV does not accept our translation for any reason, our guarantee does not apply.
